Job summary

ITC Infotech is seeking a Network Support Engineer in Bangalore for enterprise network infrastructure support, including LAN/WAN, WLAN, firewalls, VPN, and monitoring. You will handle incident management, troubleshooting, upgrades, and vendor coordination in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate has strong networking experience, hands-on Cisco routing/switching, and solid communication and documentation skills to support ITSM processes and RCA reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of enterprise network support experience.
• Hands-on Cisco routing/switching, WLAN, VPN, and firewall experience.
• L1–L3 troubleshooting expertise.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with incident management, RCA, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support LAN/WAN, WLAN, firewalls, VPN, load balancers, monitoring, and incident management.
• Troubleshoot and upgrade network devices, coordinate with vendors and IT teams.
• Document procedures, runbooks and RCA reports; participate in security/audit activities.
