Job summary

Job description

1 The Network Services Lead will oversee customer network infrastructure, ensure smooth and efficient operations while maintain high availability and service levels. This role involves managing a team of network engineers, providing them with guidance and support to excel in their duties. Additionally, the lead will drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives. A strong background in network administration, ITIL Process, coupled with excellent leadership and communication skills, is essential.

Required Skills

• Proficient in ITIL service delivery processes and methodologies.

Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting Routing, Switching, and Wireless-LAN systems.

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and ServiceNow for creating comprehensive Service Management Reports
• Demonstrated success in delivering customer presentations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.

Interpersonal and leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams.

Proven experience in Retail, CPG, or Supply Chain domains

Technology Experience

• Hands on experience in Configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco Routing with BGP & EIGRP Routing Protocols (ASR & ISR Routers).
• Cisco Switching (9300 & 9500 Catalyst switches)
• Cisco Wireless (v9800 WLC & 9k Access points).
