Job summary

SNS India is looking for a network security support engineer to install, configure, and troubleshoot FortiGate or Check Point firewall solutions. You will provide onsite and remote support, diagnose connectivity and security issues, and perform upgrades and maintenance in Kerala.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or electronics, CCNA certification, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, Malayalam language proficiency, and willingness to travel for deployments and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/ Electronics or related field.
• CCNA certification is mandatory and relevant firewall experience is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills are required.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Malayalam language proficiency is mandatory for effective customer interactions.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Relevant Fortinet or Check Point certifications are an added advantage.
  
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  
• CCNA Certification is mandatory.
  
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  
• Proficiency in Malayalam is mandatory for effective customer interactions.
