Job summary

SNS India is a leading cybersecurity company delivering end-to-end security services from Bengaluru. We are seeking a network security engineer to install, configure, and troubleshoot Fortinet and Check Point devices and provide customer-focused support across local client environments.

The role requires strong networking knowledge, hands-on troubleshooting, and Kannada language proficiency for interacting with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Electronics or related field.
• Fortinet NSE/FCP or Check Point certifications are an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory due to regular customer interactions.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer support activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network security and switching solutions.
• Provide technical support for customer network environments.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and security issues.
• Perform routine health checks, monitoring, and maintenance of network devices.
• Coordinate with customers to understand requirements and provide timely resolutions.
• Document technical issues, configurations, and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
  
• Relevant certifications such as Fortinet NSE/FCP or Check Point certifications are an added advantage.
  
• Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory, as the role involves regular customer interactions.
  
• Willingness to travel locally, if required, for customer support activities.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
