Job summary

SNS India in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a network security professional to install, configure, and troubleshoot network security and switching solutions, and provide hands-on support for customer environments.

You will diagnose connectivity and security issues, perform health checks, coordinate with customers, document issues and solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Electronics or related field.
• CCNA certification mandatory.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network security and switching solutions.
• Provide technical support for customer network environments.
