Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and execute network patching activities for routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers.
  
• Apply firmware, operating system, and security patches during approved maintenance windows.
  
• Perform pre-patch assessments, backups, and post-patch validation checks.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve any patch-related issues; initiate rollback if required.
  
• Maintain proper documentation of patch activities, incident reports, and RCA.
  
• Collaborate with IT Operations, Security, and Application teams.
  
• Follow ITIL-based change management and CAB approval processes.
  
• Ensure continuous service availability and compliance with security standards.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 711 years of experience in network patching, configuration management, and device hardening.
  
• Hands-on experience with Cisco / Juniper / Palo Alto / Fortinet devices.
  
• Knowledge of network monitoring and automation tools.
  
• Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts (No fixed weekend off).
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
