Job summary

Cloudxtreme in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Network Operations/NOC professional to monitor and manage enterprise network devices, links, and services using approved tools. You will respond to alerts, perform health checks on routers/switches/firewalls, and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams with vendor coordination for RCA.

The ideal candidate has extensive TCP/IP knowledge, VLANs, routing and switching expertise, hands-on Cisco/Juniper experience, ITSM familiarity, VPN/firewall/wireless

Qualifications

• 26 years of experience in Network Operations or NOC environment.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper devices and network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, etc.).
• Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL processes.
• Basic troubleshooting of VPNs, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
