Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced network professional to support and maintain LAN, SD-WAN, and WiFi infrastructure. You will configure and troubleshoot Juniper switches/routers, HPE switches, Fortinet SD-WAN, and firewalls from Palo Alto and Check Point.

You will also manage Aruba Wireless, collaborate with peers to handle workloads, and provide independent issue resolution to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise networking environments.
• Experience configuring and maintaining LAN/WAN and wireless infrastructures.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain LAN, SD-WAN, and WiFi infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot Juniper, HPE, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Check Point devices.
• Manage Aruba Wireless and ensure security and performance.
• Collaborate with the team and offload operational network tasks.
• Set up alert monitoring and quickly isolate and resolve issues to meet SLAs.

Job description

Experience:6+

• Support and maintain LAN, SD-WAN, and WiFi Infrastructure
• Manage and troubleshoot Networking equipment including Juniper Switches(EX Series and above) and Routers, and HPE Switches
• Configure and maintain Fortinet SDWAN (WAN and Firewall) Solutions
• Administer Palo Alto and Checkpoint firewalls to ensure robust security measures
• Knowledge in Aruba Wireless
• Collaborate with team to manage workloads efficiently
• Act as a supplementary resource to offload operational network support tasks
• Experience in setting up alert monitoring, considering the monitoring tools deployed in the environment
• Excellent troubleshooting skills. Should be able to resolve any issue related to Network issues independently. Should be able to quickly isolate the problem and provide resolution to meet the SLAs
