Job summary

Career Tree Hr Solutions in Visakhapatnam is seeking a Network SME with strong experience in Juniper LAN technologies to support and troubleshoot an enterprise network infrastructure.

You will configure Juniper switches, monitor health with Mist Wired Assurance, manage L2/L3 incidents, perform RCA, and ensure SLA; 24x7 shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Juniper LAN technologies and enterprise networks.
• Proficient with Junos OS and Junos CLI.
• Familiar with Mist Wired Assurance and Marvis AI.
• Solid knowledge of VLAN, STP/RSTP, and LACP.
• Skills in DHCP, ARP, and MAC table management.
• Strong LAN switching expertise and troubleshooting.
• Experience with incident management and RCA.
• Ability to monitor networks and perform configurations and switch replacements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/network issues.
• Configure and maintain Juniper switches.
• Monitor network health using Mist Wired Assurance.
• Handle L2/L3 incidents and escalations.
• Perform network changes, maintenance, and switch replacements.
• Conduct RCA and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure SLA compliance and high network availability.
