Job summary

Anlage Infotech (India) P Ltd in Bengaluru seeks a Network Operations Engineer to manage daily operations of WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, DNS/DDI, and load balancing. You will monitor performance, respond to incidents, execute changes, and maintain runbooks and documentation.

You will also perform RCA, drive preventive actions, manage CMDB updates, and collaborate with application, cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end service availability and continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, DNS/DDI, Load Balancing
• Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and service health
• Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and service restoration activities
• Support Major Incident Management (MIM) and engage vendors/TAC teams for critical issues
• Execute approved changes, validate implementations, and perform post-change verification
• Create and maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive preventive actions for recurring issues
• Manage CMDB updates, asset inventory accuracy, and lifecycle activities
• Collaborate with application, cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end service availability
• Participate in on-call and escalation support for business-critical services
• Contribute to continuous service improvement, operational efficiency, and automation opportunities
