Job summary

Anlage Infotech (India) P Ltd is seeking an IT operations professional to manage and monitor WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, DNS/DDI, and load balancing in Bengaluru. The role covers incident management, change validation, and on-call support to ensure service health and uptime.

You will collaborate with application, cloud, security, and infrastructure teams, maintaining runbooks and documentation while driving continuous service improvements and automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, DNS/DDI, Load Balancing
• Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and service health
• Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and service restoration activities
• Support Major Incident Management (MIM) and engage vendors/TAC teams for critical issues
• Execute approved changes, validate implementations, and perform post-change verification
• Create and maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive preventive actions for recurring issues
• Manage CMDB updates, asset inventory accuracy, and lifecycle activities
• Collaborate with application, cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end service availability
• Participate in on-call and escalation support for business-critical services
• Contribute to continuous service improvement, operational efficiency, and automation opportunities
