Experience :
- 3–6 years of overall experience
- Around 5 years of hands‑on experience with firewalls, routers, and various network
- Certifications in Networking / Desktop technologies preferred.
Major Accountabilities
- Maintain Network WAN, Voice, and Video architecture in line with industry best practices—network segmentation, latest IOS versions, and optimal routing/switching policies. Ensure >99.95% availability for manufacturing lines.
- Manage and understand the complete Global WAN Infrastructure, coordinate with global service providers daily, and handle end‑to‑end incident management.
- Oversee the smooth functioning of WAN, Lync, PBX, and VC services, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Maintain proper backups of key configurations and routing information. Ensure data availability, manageability, and 100% security compliance with Group IT policies for Udaipur locations
- Maintain ISMS policies and represent IT during internal and external audits.
- Manage and monitor tools like SolarWinds, Cisco ISE, and Cisco Prime, ensuring minimal escalation to L3/Architect teams
- Support the Architect and Project teams on WAN‑related initiatives and ensure proper documentation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Meet SLA and uptime targets for WAN, Voice, Video, and Firewall services; coordinate with ISPs; produce monthly reports; maintain 99.5% WAN link uptime and 100% resolution rate for LAN/Video issues.
- Efficient use of network management tools (Zenoss, Cisco Prime) and advanced analysis tools (Wireshark, IXIA). Ability to use troubleshooting utilities—ping, traceroute, nslookup, dig, tcpdump, etc.
- Responsible for configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of Data Center switching/routing and campus switching (Cisco, Nexus).
- Manage and optimize Cisco/Aruba Wi‑Fi infrastructure; produce monthly Cisco ISE reports.
- Ensure 100% adherence to ISO 27001 policies.
