Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure
• Provide L2 support for routing, switching, wireless, and security issues
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP
• Deploy and troubleshoot Aruba wireless networks
• Manage Fortigate firewall configurations and Zscaler policies
• Work with L3 teams on escalations and project deployments
• Maintain network documentation and SOPs
• Support change management and network upgrades
