• Routing & Switching (R&S), Wi‑Fi / Wireless Networking, SD‑WAN, LAN / WAN Technologies, Zscaler

OEM Expertise: Juniper, Aruba, Zscaler

• Provide L2 support for network-related incidents and service requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, and SD‑WAN
• Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
• Monitor network performance and ensure uptime and reliability
