Job summary

Recrivio Com in Mumbai invites seasoned network professionals to join our enterprise team. The role focuses on design, implementation, and support of switching, routing and security, with emphasis on L3 troubleshooting and firewall management.

Ideal candidates hold CCNA, 7–10 years of experience, and can join within 15 days. You will work on Cisco Meraki and NGFW solutions, including Palo Alto firewalls, across Mumbai and Bangalore offices, delivering high availability and optimized performance.

Someone very strong in Firewalls/L3 Support ONLY (7-10 YEARS) - Mumbai & Bamboo location.

Interview Process

• Two Virtual Technical Rounds
• Face-to-Face Discussion at the Mumbai or Bangalore office

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Design, implement, and support enterprise networking solutions across switching, routing, and network security.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco networking products, including switches, routers, wireless access points, and Next‑Generation Firewalls (NGFW).
• Good working knowledge of Cisco Meraki switching and wireless networking solutions.
• Strong understanding of routing protocols and high‑availability technologies such as HSRP and GLBP.
• Experience in implementing and managing Quality of Service (QoS) policies.
• Strong knowledge of Layer 2 technologies, including VLANs, VTP, STP, and related switching concepts.
• Provide Level 3 (L3) support for complex network incidents and perform advanced troubleshooting.
• Experience in designing and implementing virtual firewall solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Palo Alto firewalls, including configuration, policy creation, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Software‑Defined WAN (SD‑WAN) technologies.
• Ensure high availability and uninterrupted network services while adhering to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Perform proactive network monitoring, capacity planning, performance tuning, and service optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues, coordinate vendor escalations when required, and ensure timely resolution of critical incidents.
