Job summary

Team Computers in Noida (Sector 16) is seeking a network support professional with 2+ years of hands-on experience to ensure LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN access, and Wi‑Fi reliability. This role requires monitoring, troubleshooting, and rapid incident resolution within a 24x7 shift framework.

You will handle switches, routers, access points, firewalls, and other devices, document incidents in ITSM, and coordinate with ISPs and L2/L3 teams.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate with at least 2 years of experience in network support.
• Location Noida Sector 16; shift 24x7.
• Provide L1 support for LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN and Internet connectivity.
• Coordinate with ISPs and network teams; use ITSM/ticketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure, connectivity, and alerts using monitoring tools.
• Provide L1 support for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Internet connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues related to switches, routers, access points, firewalls, and devices.
• Perform basic troubleshooting using Ping, Tracert/Traceroute, IPConfig, NSLookup, Telnet, etc.
• Troubleshoot IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, gateway, and connectivity issues.
• Perform VLAN and port-level troubleshooting.
• Check device/interface status, link status, errors, and utilization.
• Coordinate with ISP, OEM, and L2/L3 teams for complex issues.
• Create, update, and maintain incidents and service requests in ITSM.
• Follow incident management, escalation, and SLA processes.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and provide end-user support.
• Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Monitor network alerts and escalate critical issues as per matrix.
