Job summary

Innovatiview India Limited is seeking an experienced Network Engineer Lead to own the design, implementation, and day-to-day management of our enterprise network across Noida (HO) and warehouses. You will lead a team of network engineers, collaborating with IT infrastructure and cybersecurity to keep the network fast, resilient, and secure.

The role requires hands-on expertise in routing, switching, wireless, and VPN, with a focus on secure remote access, MFA integration, and scalable network

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CSc/ECE or equivalent.
• Minimum 7+ years in network engineering/administration, including 2-3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Cisco certification preferred (CCNA required; CCNP/CCIE a plus).

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain LAN and wireless network infrastructure across all company locations.
• Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls, including routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) for optimized, redundant network paths.
• Own the organizations VPN and remote-access infrastructure, working closely with the cybersecurity team on MFA integration for secure remote access.
• Design and enforce network segmentation, VLANs, ACLs, and firewall policies aligned with organizational security requirements.
• Manage enterprise wireless infrastructure (WLC/access points) to ensure secure, reliable Wi-Fi coverage across all offices.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity, and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Manage ISP, telecom, and network hardware vendor relationships, including circuit provisioning, renewals, and SLA tracking across all sites.
• Maintain network documentation (topology diagrams, IP address management, configuration backups) and support audits and disaster recovery planning.
• Excellent problem-solving, vendor management, and communication skills.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will bring strong, hands-on expertise across routing, switching, wireless, and VPN, along with the leadership skills to mentor a team of network engineers and partner closely with our IT infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to keep the network fast, resilient, and secure.
