Job summary

Colruyt Group India is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to monitor enterprise networks, provide Level-2 support, and manage multi-vendor devices across LAN/WAN and data centers.

You will design IT changes, document processes, analyze trends, and create knowledge articles while ensuring ITSM records and proactive remediation. This role requires hands-on Cisco Nexus/NX-OS, F5, Palo Alto, Juniper, and Mist Wi‑Fi experience.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, LACP, RSTP, IGMP, QoS, and routing protocols including BGP.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, firewall, VPN, and data center network environments.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus/NX-OS, F5 Load Balancers, ASA, Juniper SRX, Palo Alto, and multi-vendor Wi‑Fi platforms such as Cisco and Juniper Mist.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues using monitoring tools and packet analysis tools such as Wireshark.
• Good knowledge of incident, change, and problem management practices.
