Job summary

LTM is seeking a Network Engineer for Enterprise Network Operations (L2/L3) in Bengaluru. The role focuses on managing and supporting enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN and SD-WAN environments, with hands-on configuration of routers, switches, firewalls and wireless controllers.

Expect L2/L3 troubleshooting, incident management and ITIL-aligned change control. You will collaborate with Cloud, Security and Server teams, maintain architecture diagrams and IP schemes, and support hybrid-cloud connectivity

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in enterprise network operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN and SD-WAN environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers and access points.
• Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting, incident resolution and escalation handling.
• Troubleshoot network availability, performance and connectivity issues.
• Monitor network infrastructure using SolarWinds, SCOM, PRTG or Nagios.
• Execute network changes, upgrades, patching and firmware updates.
• Maintain HLD/LLD, network diagrams, IP addressing, configurations and inventory.
• Support hybrid-cloud connectivity involving Azure/AWS.
• Coordinate with Cloud, Security, Server and other infrastructure teams.
• Follow ITIL/change-management processes.
