Job summary

Corporate Infotech (CIPL) in Delhi seeks an Network Engineer to manage and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, configure Cisco routers/switches/firewalls, and perform routing and switching tasks.

You will monitor network performance with NMS tools, troubleshoot latency and packet loss, coordinate with providers, and contribute to documentation and security initiatives. CCNA/CCNP preferred; experience in large enterprise environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching
• Experience with Cisco Router & Switches
• LAN/WAN proficiency and VLAN, STP/RSTP for scalable networks
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT
• Experience with OSPF, BGP/EIGRP routing protocols
• Firewall & VPN implementation and maintenance
• Network Monitoring / NMS usage and incident resolution
• Networking troubleshooting and fault isolation
• Good communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Hands-on knowledge of VLAN, STP/RSTP, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT.
• Working knowledge of routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP/EIGRP.
• Monitor network performance through NMS/monitoring tools and resolve network incidents within defined SLA.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, packet loss, latency and link-related issues.
• Coordinate with ISP/service providers and OEM vendors for network-related issues.
• Support firewall, VPN and basic network security activities.
• Maintain network documentation, incident reports, configuration records and network diagrams.
• Participate in network implementation, upgradation and preventive maintenance activities.
• Provide L1/L2 network support and elevate complex issues to higher support teams.
