Job summary

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience Required

• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Voice Telecom ISP repair and troubleshooting.

Essential Skills

• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN concepts.
• Knowledge of broadband, fibre, modem, router, and ONT devices.
• Ability to interpret diagnostic tools, alarms, and line parameters.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Customer handling and de-escalation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Sales/Upselling skills.
• Telecom or ISP support experience.
• Remote device troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of NPS, CSAT, and FCR metrics.
