• Provide L1 support and troubleshooting to resolve issue.
• The engineer will be responsible for coordination with users for smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and timely delivery of IT support.
• Responds to emergency or on-call situations in a timely manner.
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Identify and resolve GPON network issues promptly, minimizing service disruptions.
• Must have OFC (Optical fiber cable) knowledge.
• Having knowledge on ONT, OLT device.
