Job summary

Purview Services in Delhi is seeking a network support specialist to monitor and maintain our enterprise network infrastructure. You will handle monitoring, troubleshooting, VPN issues, and device configuration for routers, switches and firewalls, while ensuring SLA adherence.

The role involves customer ticket handling, basic OSI/TCP/IP concepts, and rapid response to outages or performance degradations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience monitoring network performance and alerts.
• Basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Configure and support routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Handle user tickets and resolve issues within SLAs.
• Support VPN connectivity and remote access.
