Job summary

Purview Services is seeking a network support technician in Greater Noida to monitor performance, handle alerts, and resolve LAN/WAN and VPN issues. The role includes configuring routers, switches, and firewalls, and responding to user tickets within defined SLAs.

Candidates should be familiar with OSI/TCP/IP concepts, DNS and DHCP, and have practical experience with network devices. The position involves on-site work in Uttar Pradesh.

Qualifications
