Job summary

Purview Services in Kerala, Ernakulam, India, seeks a Network Support specialist to monitor LAN/WAN and wireless connectivity. You will use monitoring tools to track performance, catch outages, and ensure high availability across sites.

You will troubleshoot issues, configure routers, switches and firewalls, handle user tickets within SLAs, and support VPN remote access. Strong networking knowledge (OSI, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) is required and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience monitoring networks with alerting tools.
• Basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN and wireless connections.
• Configure and support routers, switches and firewalls.
• Handle user tickets within defined SLAs.
• Provide VPN connectivity support.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (OSI, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
