Job summary

Purview Services is seeking a network support professional in India to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and connectivity. You will manage alerts, perform basic incident handling, and assist users with ticketed issues.

The role covers VPN access, LAN/WAN, and remote connectivity support, with a focus on reliable, secure network services. Candidates should be familiar with OSI/TCP/IP concepts and common DNS/DHCP configurations, and be capable of coordinating with the IT

• Monitor network performance, availability, and alerts using monitoring tools
• Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues
• Configure and support network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
• Handle user tickets and resolve issues within defined SLAs
• Support VPN connectivity and remote access issues
