Job summary

Purview Services is seeking a network support professional in Tamil Nadu to monitor performance, troubleshoot connectivity, and support VPN and remote access. You will configure routers, switches, and firewalls, resolve tickets within SLAs, and handle connectivity issues across LAN/WAN and Wi‑Fi.

The role requires solid networking fundamentals (OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hands-on experience with monitoring tools to ensure high availability and quick incident response.

Qualifications

• Ability to monitor network performance and respond to alerts.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
• Configure and support network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
