Job summary

Purview Services in Surat, Gujarat is seeking a network support specialist to monitor and maintain campus and remote networks. You will use monitoring tools to track performance, uptime and alerts, and quickly respond to issues to minimize downtime.

You will troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and remote access, configure routers, switches and firewalls, and handle user tickets within SLAs. A solid understanding of OSI, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP is expected.

Qualifications

• Networking basics knowledge and OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance, availability, and alerts using monitoring tools.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
• Configure and support network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Handle user tickets and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
• Support VPN connectivity and remote access issues.
• Networking concepts (OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
