Job summary

Purview Services is seeking a Network Support Engineer in Indore, India to monitor network performance, troubleshoot LAN/WAN and support VPN connectivity. You will work with monitoring tools, handle user tickets, and maintain SLA adherence.

Candidates should understand OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP, configure routers, switches and firewalls, and provide reliable remote access support. This role offers hands-on networking exposure in a dynamic IT environment.

Qualifications

• Experience monitoring network performance and troubleshooting basic LAN/WAN issues.
• Familiarity with VPN connectivity and remote access.
• Understanding networking fundamentals: OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
