Job summary

Purview Services is seeking a Network Support professional in Nagpur to monitor performance, resolve LAN/WAN and VPN issues, and configure routers, switches, and firewalls. You will handle user tickets and ensure SLA adherence while supporting remote access and Wi‑Fi connectivity. Strong fundamentals in DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP are essential.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, ticket management, and proactive monitoring to keep the network secure and reliable for all users.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of network fundamentals (OSI, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Ability to troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
• Experience in configuring routers, switches, and firewalls.
