Job summary

TechRays in Pune is seeking a Network Support Executive to provide L1 support for LAN/WAN, routers, switches and access points. You will log calls, monitor links, coordinate with ISPs, and assist users on-site and remotely. The role requires fundamentals in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN and OSI, plus routing and switching knowledge.

Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn are welcome. You will maintain network inventory and daily health reports, and work in 24x7 shifts.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Networking Fundamentals - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, OSI Model.
• Knowledge of Routing & Switching.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
• Good communication skills and customer-centric approach.
• Willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.

Responsibilities
