Job summary

Zoho is seeking an experienced Network Support L2/L3 Engineer in India to troubleshoot, monitor and optimize enterprise networks. The role involves configuring routes and VLANs, firewall rules, SD-WAN changes and 24/7 support in a fast-paced environment.

Strong NOC operations, hands-on Fortinet FortiGate experience and proficiency with SolarWinds/Device42 are required. Willingness to work 5 days from office in Hyderabad/Chennai/Bengaluru is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform L2/L3 network troubleshooting and incident management.
• Monitor network alerts and resolve issues within L2 scope.
• Manage network configurations, VLANs, firewall rules and SD-WAN changes.
• Work with SolarWinds and Device42 for network discovery and inventory.
• Support Cisco, Fortinet and enterprise network environments.
• Participate in network upgrades, migrations and hardware refresh activities.
• Support ServiceNow incident, change, problem and CMDB processes.
• Perform network performance monitoring and optimization.
• Develop automation using Python, Bash or EEM.
• Coordinate with ISPs, OEMs and internal infrastructure/security teams.
• Maintain network diagrams, SOPs, runbooks and operational documentation.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and support continuous improvement.
