Job summary

Zoho is seeking an experienced Network Support L2/L3 Engineer in India to troubleshoot, monitor, configure and secure enterprise networks. The role focuses on NOC operations, change management and SD-WAN, with involvement in firewall rules, VLANs, and network documentation.

The candidate will support Cisco, Fortinet and heterogeneous network environments, participate in upgrades and hardware refresh, and develop automation using Python or Bash.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of enterprise networking experience required.
• Experience with network troubleshooting, monitoring, configuration, security and change management.

Responsibilities

• Perform L2/L3 network troubleshooting and incident management.
• Monitor network alerts and resolve issues within L2 scope.
• Manage network configurations, VLANs, firewall rules and SD-WAN changes.
• Work with SolarWinds and Device42 for network discovery and inventory.
• Support Cisco, Fortinet and enterprise network environments.
• Participate in network upgrades, migrations and hardware refresh activities.
• Support ServiceNow incident, change, problem and CMDB processes.
• Perform network performance monitoring and optimization.
• Develop automation using Python, Bash or EEM.
• Coordinate with ISPs, OEMs and internal infrastructure/security teams.
• Maintain network diagrams, SOPs, runbooks and operational documentation.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and support continuous improvement.
