Job summary

Peoplefy Infosolutions is seeking a Senior L2 Network Administrator to lead enterprise network upgrades while supporting day-to-day operations. You will apply strong expertise in current networking technologies, assess requirements, and plan changes with minimal disruption.

Collaboration with team leads and managers is essential for successful execution. You will coordinate changes, maintain runbooks and documentation, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across US geography.

Qualifications

• Cisco: Catalyst, Nexus, routers, and Cisco ACI.
• Routing and switching: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, VRF, STP.
• SD-WAN, Juniper, and Arista networking.
• Change management and experience supporting 24/7 network operations

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute network upgrades across enterprise environments.
• Understand requirements, assess vulnerabilities and risks, and build a sound implementation plan.
• Manage changes through the change management process (planning, approvals, implementation, rollback, documentation).
• Support 24/7 network operations and handle escalations from L1.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and drive them to root cause, using tools such as Wireshark.
• Coordinate with team members, leaders, and managers, and delegate implementation tasks to the team.
• Maintain accurate documentation, runbooks, and change records.
• Communicate clearly, in writing and verbally, with stakeholders and customers (US geography).
