Peoplefy Infosolutions is seeking a Senior L2 Network Administrator in Pune to lead network upgrades and day-to-day operations. The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, planning changes, and ensuring high availability across the network infrastructure.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting, complex fault isolation, and leveraging the latest networking technologies. Strong communication and customer-service orientation are valued for collaboration with US geography teams.

Role & responsibilities

Must have skills:

• Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, routers, and Cisco ACI.
• Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, VRF, and STP.
• SD-WAN, Juniper, and Arista networking.
• Change management and experience supporting 24/7 network operations.

Good to have skills:

• CISCO certification(s) (e.g. CCNA*, CCNP, CCIE)
• Juniper Certifications (JNCIE/ JNCIP)
• Good communications, customer service oriented (US Geography)
• Network troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark.

Key asks for the role:

• This is a senior L2 Network Administrator role, primarily focused on network upgrades. However, the candidate should also be comfortable network operations as needed. They should have strong knowledge of the latest networking technologies as per must have skills, be able to understand requirements, assess vulnerabilities, and plan and execute changes effectively.
