Job summary

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT, CCNA, and 3–4 years of hands-on experience with routers and switches, with familiarity in TCP/IP, OSPF, and BGP.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting: Help diagnose and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Monitoring: Monitor network performance and report any issues to senior engineers.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of network configurations and changes.
• Support: Provide technical support to end-users and assist with network-related queries.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications: Entry-level certifications such as CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) are highly desirable.
• Experience: Hands-on experience (Min 3-4 years) with network devices like routers and switches.
• Skills: Basic understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP) and familiarity with network security practices.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Routing and Switching: Basic knowledge of routing and switching concepts.
