We are seeking a technical specialist to serve as the single point of contact for our customers, ensuring the performance and health of critical solutions. The role involves close collaboration with technical stakeholders, providing insights, and driving automation of manual processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand the network architecture of assigned customers.
• Analyse and compare solutions offered by Airtel and competitors.
• Align solutions with customer expectations.
• Coordinate with technical stakeholders in the customer’s organization.
• Ensure the health of all critical & high‑value solutions.
• Provide insights for planning and configuration based on customer requirements.
• Act as the technical single point of contact for customer engagements.
• Handle customer escalations and deliver solutions promptly.
• Measure all KPIs and performance of lease partners as per agreements.
• Prepare performance reports using MS Excel & PowerPoint.
• Drive automation of manual processes using tools.
• Audit team performance and appraise subordinates.

Qualifications

• Expertise with SDWAN.
• In‑depth knowledge of IP domain, SDH, DWDM, OTN, NPT, EPT.
• Experience with P2P & P2MP services, EoSDH, Layer‑0 / Layer‑1 core network, ASON, MoT, RSVP.
• Hands‑on experience with Huawei, Ciena, Alcatel-Lucent, Tejas, ECI, DXC equipment.
• Incident, problem, and people management skills.
• ITIL and ITSM knowledge.
• Excellent problem‑solving, customer focus, collaboration, interpersonal, and decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
