Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a skilled .NET Application Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Gurgaon, Noida, or PAN India. The role focuses on production support, deployments, and incident management, working closely with SQL Server and front-end components to resolve issues in live environments.

You will handle deployments, debugging, and performance monitoring while collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure smooth, reliable service delivery across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in .NET application support and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for .NET-based applications
• Perform production deployments, hotfixes, and release activities with minimal downtime
• Handle incident management including issue analysis, root cause identification, and resolution
• Work with SQL Server for query writing, and troubleshooting
• Monitor applications, logs, and system health to proactively identify issues
• Support application enhancements and development tasks in .NET
• Assist in debugging and fixing application-level and database-related issues
• Understand and work with basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for issue resolution
• Maintain deployment documentation, runbooks, and incident reports
