Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for .NET applications
• Monitor application health, alerts, and batch jobs to ensure availability
• Troubleshoot application issues related to .NET, IIS, SQL Server, and integrations
• Perform incident management, including prioritization, resolution, and escalation
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive fixes
• Support deployment, configuration, and release activities
• Perform application restarts, configuration changes, and hotfix deployments as per SOP
• Handle service requests, problem tickets, and change requests
• Coordinate with development teams for code‑related fixes and enhancements
• Provide on‑call or 247 support as per support roster
• Create and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
• Ensure compliance with SLA, OLA, and ITIL processes
