Tekskills is seeking a skilled .NET Application Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Gurgaon, Noida, or PAN India operations. The role focuses on production support, incident management, and controlled deployments across .NET applications and databases.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience with .NET, C#, VB.Net, TSQL, and PL/SQL, and will handle deployments, troubleshooting, and minor development tasks with front-end familiarity.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in .NET application support and development.
• Hands-on production support, incident management, and controlled deployments.
• Strong SQL Server database troubleshooting and query writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for .NET-based applications.
• Perform deployments, hotfixes, and releases with minimal downtime.
• Manage incidents from analysis to resolution and documentation.
• Work with SQL Server for queries and troubleshooting.
• Monitor applications and logs to identify issues proactively.
• Support development tasks and front-end issue resolution (HTML/CSS/JS).
• Maintain runbooks and incident reports.

Role Description

• We are looking for a skilled .NET Application Support Development Engineer who can support, maintain, and deploy production applications while working closely with databases and front-end components.
• The role involves hands-on production support, incident management, and controlled deployments in a live environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support for .NET-based applications
• Perform production deployments, hotfixes, and release activities with minimal downtime
• Handle incident management including issue analysis, root cause identification, and resolution
• Work with SQL Server for query writing, and troubleshooting
• Monitor applications, logs, and system health to proactively identify issues
• Support application enhancements and development tasks in .NET
• Assist in debugging and fixing application-level and database-related issues
• Understand and work with basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for issue resolution
• Maintain deployment documentation, runbooks, and incident reports
