Job summary

Apexon is seeking experienced .NET Application Support Engineers to provide production support and maintenance for enterprise .NET applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in .NET/C#, IIS, SQL Server, application troubleshooting, incident resolution, and production support.

Senior candidates should have experience handling complex production issues, REST API integrations, mentoring junior engineers, and working with SQL Server Always-On environments.

Qualifications

• 28 years of experience in .NET Application Support or Production Support.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Framework / .NET and C#.
• Experience with IIS (Internet Information Services).
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise application integrations.
• Experience in Incident Management and Ticket Resolution.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or similar ticketing tools.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide production and application support for enterprise .NET/C# applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents within defined SLA timelines.
• Perform IIS administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and support Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Support REST API integrations and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
• Perform application monitoring, issue investigation, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Database, and DevOps teams for issue resolution.
• Participate in application deployments, release validation, and post-production support.
• Maintain accurate incident documentation using ticketing tools.
