Job Purpose : The purpose of the job is to drive the training architecture and capability development roadmap for the channel nationally, ensuring consistent and impactful learning interventions to enhance sales productivity.

Job Challenges

Customized delivery & Engagement Matrix to cater to the diversified requirements of large number of Channel Partners.

Allocating the resources in the optimum way to ensure maximum productivity and effective delivery of training programs within stipulated guidelines
