Job summary

Blue Star in Gurugram seeks a seasoned professional to manage key accounts, grow the base, and retain existing clients while coordinating with the branch team for smooth executions. The role emphasizes acquiring new emerging accounts and defending against competition, with a focus on timely, accurate reporting of activities to the reporting manager.

Responsibilities

• Identify the Key Accounts based on their growth potential.
• Focus on acquiring new emerging accounts, Competition accounts and retaining existing accounts.
• Coordinate with Branch Team for smooth executions.
• Monthly Business Reports submission to the Reporting Manager.
• Ensure strict implementation of the Receivable Management guidelines in consultation with the reporting manager and ensure adherence to the DBO Goals.
• Ensure Inventory Management with respect to Forecast Accuracy and Number of Days of Inventory.
• Close coordination and prompt response to Key account Customers and avoid escalations.
