Job summary

Bytespoke Technology Private Limited in Bengaluru, India is seeking a seasoned Mac Enterprise Support specialist. You will troubleshoot login, boot, performance, disk and connectivity issues, administer Jamf Pro-managed Macs, and manage configuration profiles and app deployments to keep devices secure and compliant.

You will document procedures, contribute to knowledge base articles, work in shifts, and collaborate with global teams to resolve tickets within SLA and ensure a smooth user

Qualifications

• macOS / MacBook Enterprise Support – 3+ years.
• Jamf Pro expertise.
• PKG / DMG / MPKG packaging experience.
• Basic Shell scripting.
• Understanding of certificates, VPN, security & compliance.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot login, boot, performance, disk, CPU/memory, certificates, applications and connectivity issues.
• Administer and troubleshoot Jamf Pro-managed Mac devices.
• Manage configuration profiles, application deployment, packages and device compliance.
• Use macOS logs, Terminal/CLI tools and shell scripts for troubleshooting.
• Manage and resolve support tickets within SLA/service levels.
• Perform escalation, RCA and provide clear technical documentation.
• Create and maintain KB articles, SOPs and troubleshooting guides.
• Participate in shifts, handovers and global user-support activities.
