Responsibilities

- Establish governance and operational standards
- Design and implement a secure, scalable macOS environment
- Rearchitect JAMF Pro for enterprise alignment
- Implement Zero Touch onboarding using JAMF Setup Manager and Self Service
- Align macOS management with enterprise IT standards for security, compliance, and lifecycle management
- Train the tech support teams on macOS support (local team and MSP)
- Currently, the client manages 100 macOS devices
