Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in end-user device management
• Strong macOS administration expertise
• Proficient with Jamf Pro and Intune
• Experience integrating with Azure AD/Entra ID
• Scripting skills in Bash/PowerShell
• Knowledge of MDM/MAM concepts
• Hybrid/remote working experience available

Responsibilities

• Manage and support macOS devices across the organization
• Administer Jamf Pro for device enrollment, configuration, patching and compliance
• Manage Microsoft Intune for device management and policy deployment
• Support Windows and mobile devices via Intune as needed
• Implement endpoint security controls (disk encryption, OS hardening, patching)
• Integrate endpoint management with Azure AD / Entra ID
• Provide L3 support for endpoint incidents and improve resolution
• Create and maintain documentation and SOPs
• Automate routine tasks with Bash/PowerShell scripts
• Monitor device health and drive end-user experience improvements

Infrastructure Engineer

Description

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to manage, support and enhance our endpoint management ecosystem, with a strong focus on Apple macOS, Jamfand Microsoft Intune. The role will ensure secure, compliant and high-performing end-user devices across a modern, cloud-first workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Endpoint & Device Management

• Manage and support macOS devices across the organization
• Administer Jamf Pro for Apple device enrollment, configuration, patching and compliance
• Manage Microsoft Intune for device management, security policies and application deployment
• Support Windows and mobile devices via Intune (as required)

Security, Compliance & Identity

• Implement endpoint security controls including disk encryption (FileVault/BitLocker), OS hardening nand patch compliance
• Integrate endpoint management with Azure AD / Entra ID and conditional access
• Support Zero Trust and secure access models

Application & Patch Management

• Package, deploy and maintain applications for macOS and Windows
• Manage OS and third‑party patching via Jamf and Intune
• Troubleshoot application and policy deployment issues

User Support & Operations

• Provide L3 support for endpoint-related incidents and problems
• Work with service desk teams to improve first‑line resolution
• Create and maintain documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles

Automation & Optimization

• Use scripts (Bash, PowerShell) to automate routine tasks
• Monitor device health, compliance and usage metrics
• Drive continuous improvement in endpoint performance and user experience

• Strong hands‑on experience with macOS administration
• Deep expertise in Jamf Pro
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune
• Experience with: Apple Business Manager (ABM)
• Azure AD / Entra ID
• Autopilot and device enrolment workflows
• Endpoint security policies
• Scripting & Tools
• Bash and/or PowerShell scripting
• Experience with MDM/MAM concepts
• Familiarity with monitoring and asset management tools
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Methodical and organised approach to problem‑solving
• Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities effectively
• Attention to detail in documentation and ticket updates
• Willingness to learn and develop technical and process knowledge
