Job summary

IndiaFilings is seeking a dynamic Multilingual Client Acquisition Executive to join our growing sales team in Chennai. You will engage with qualified leads provided by IndiaFilings and convert them into customers by understanding their business needs and presenting relevant services.

Fluency in English plus Hindi or Malayalam or Telugu or Kannada is essential, as is a track record in inside sales or B2B environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, BD, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English + at least one language from Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
• Experience in B2B sales, financial services, taxation, or compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Connect with qualified leads provided by IndiaFilings – no cold calling.
• Engage with potential customers and understand their business requirements.
• Communicate in English + Hindi / Malayalam / Telugu / Kannada.
• Recommend IndiaFilings services based on customer needs.
• Explain services such as business registration, GST, income tax, ROC compliance, trademark, and more.
• Handle queries, objections, and negotiations effectively.
• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue.
• Maintain accurate customer and follow-up data in the CRM.

What We're Looking For
