Job summary

Tata AutoComp is seeking a Multi Body Dynamics / FEA Engineer (Vehicle Dynamics & FEA) in Pune with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in MBD, ADAMS CAR, and vehicle dynamics. The role focuses on creating MBD models, performing FEA of suspension and steering, and delivering high-quality reports to customers.

You will work with HyperMesh, OptiStruct, and Abaqus for meshing and simulations, develop templates from scratch, interpret results, and provide practical solutions under minimum supervision.

Job Description: Skill Requirements

• Multi Body dynamics in ADAMS CAR with FEA experience in HyperMesh / OptiStruct / Abaqus
• Vehicle dynamics knowledge, Structural FEA of automotive / off highway
• Knowledge of Vehicle suspension, suspension tuning
• Steering & suspension Kinematics & Compliance (K&C)
• Full Vehicle MBD analysis
• Ability to simulate any mechanism with various tools in ADAMS.
• Creating templates in ADAMS from scratch, ability to formulate equations to simulate actuators etc.
• Ability to generate outputs as required and interpret results thoroughly.
• Ability to provide solutions through logical thinking and product knowledge
• Flexible & adaptable to changing requirements (domain, products)

Job Profile:

• Proactive in providing solutions for problem statements, with minimum supervision.
• Method development activities for new products, analyses.
