Job summary

Bajaj Auto Limited in Maharashtra is seeking a CAE Engineer (MBD) to join the R&D division. The role focuses on MBD simulation of vehicle systems, load generation and dynamic durability analyses for chassis and BIW FEA, and evaluating ride and handling performance.

The candidate should have a Mech Eng degree (Graduate or Postgraduate) with 2–4 years of experience, strong fundamentals, and knowledge of MSC Adams, Altair MotionSolve, Modefrontier or Matlab-Simulink.

• Graduate or Postgraduate in mechanical engineering.
• Strong fundamentals in engineering and CAE concepts.
• Experience with FEA, MBD, CAE processes.

Job Role & Responsibilities
Role: CAE Engineer (MBD)

• MBD Simulation of vehicle systems
• Load Generation & dynamic durability for chassis/BIW FEA
• Vehicle dynamics – Ride/handling/K&C 5 Competency Requirements

Technical/ Functional:

• Expertise in MBD tools /techniques
• Knowledge of automotive systems (mainly 2 Wh & 3wh)
• Awareness of other CAE domains like Durability, NVH etc
• Tire modelling knowledge(Pac/Ftire), Co-simulation preferred

Specific expertise required for functional area :
