Job summary

Marutee Design And Engineering Private Limited in India is seeking a CAE Engineer with hands-on experience in finite element analysis, structural simulations, and automotive component and assembly analysis. You will work with HyperMesh, OptiStruct, and Abaqus to deliver robust designs.

The role requires 3–8 years of experience and a strong foundation in materials mechanics, meshing, and simulation across linear and nonlinear regimes.

Responsibilities

• Perform FE modeling and analysis of automotive components and assemblies.
• Create 1D, 2D, and 3D meshes using HyperMesh.
• Conduct Linear Static, Nonlinear, Modal, Frequency Response, Thermal, and Thermo-Mechanical analyses.
• Perform durability and fatigue analysis and predict component life.
• Carry out static and modal simulations using OptiStruct/Abaqus.
• Review results, identify design issues, and provide engineering recommendations.
• Coordinate with CAD, CFD, testing, and other engineering teams.
• Handle projects from estimation through final delivery and interact with customers when required.

Job Summary

We are looking for a CAE Engineer with strong experience in finite element analysis, structural simulations, and automotive component/assembly analysis. The candidate should have hands‑on expertise in HyperMesh, OptiStruct, and Abaqus with good knowledge of linear and nonlinear analysis.

Experience: 3–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Perform FE modeling and analysis of automotive components and assemblies.
• Create 1D, 2D, and 3D meshes using HyperMesh.
• Conduct Linear Static, Nonlinear, Modal, Frequency Response, Thermal, and Thermo-Mechanical analyses.
• Perform durability and fatigue analysis and predict component life.
• Carry out static and modal simulations using OptiStruct/Abaqus.
• Review results, identify design issues, and provide engineering recommendations.
• Support component testing, design optimization, and validation activities.
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate with CAD, CFD, testing, and other engineering teams.
• Handle projects from estimation through final delivery and interact with customers when required.
